Neutral Red is Midwest metal, pure and simple.

With all the finesse of a blood-soaked jackhammer, Neutral Red castigates the listener into a pulp and then leaves the remains for the jackals to fight over. While many bands out there are busy worrying if their hair has just the perfect swooshy thing going on, NR are busy destroying their instruments and bodies for the crowd's entertainment in an effort to fuel the pit to a frothing frenzy.

'The Necrognomicon' (2000) is a full album whose music represents the band's beginnings and it was written over a long period.

'The Red Devil Will Leave His Mark' EP (2006) was released as a 3-track EP and as the band wrote more music it filled out to 6 songs.

'From Ashes To Glory' EP (2010) is considered an EP because only 3 songs are in their final state. The band were going to resume the recording process and finish it as an album. It is to have 13 songs when it is finished. All the material is written, they just need to lay it down on disc. The three finished songs are 'Bleed True Beast', 'Harlequin Deathroll' and 'Dissection Torture'.

At the time, the band were six songs in on the next album after the 'From Ashes To Glory' EP which was still untitled. One rough recording from that group of songs was called 'Erosion Of Emotion', one of two recorded songs.
