COMMENTS

Not to be confused with the more famous Massachusetts-based metalcore band 'Killswitch Engage', who is casually known simply as 'Killswitch'.

The band was also known as 'Killswitch Inc.'.

The Des Moines-based metal band from the late '90s, Killswitch Inc. stormed the scene with bands such as Painface and Nothing from 1998 to 2000. They are also said to have played several times with 35" Mudder.

Killswitch features several former members of the band 'Canvas'.

The self-titled album was written in Oskaloosa and recorded live to 4-track tape in Waterloo.

The demo was also recorded live to 4-track tape, courtesy of Rusty Metal Primer.

Lance Collier and Nathan Church, both former members of the band 'downthesun', were said to have been in Killswitch at some point.
