COMMENTS

As For You is a Des Moines-based band formed in 2012, as a direct pick-up from the ashes of Calous.

The band's name comes from an expression that was used within the band... as for you, go fuck yourself.

As For You features in the short film 'The Dying Of The Light', as the fictional band of the same name as the film. This dark comedy project is being filmed entirely in Des Moines, Iowa, is being directed by Robert Dopf and stars Matt Wiggins. It is due for release in 2015.

The band, 'The Dying Of The Light', is Matt Wiggins on vocals with members of As For You.

Author's note: The band's album 'The Process Of Separation' which was due for release in 2012, doesn't appear to have been released. Searching online returns no relevant results, and the only thing that comes up is an album titled the same 'The Process Of Separation', which was released in 2018 by the punk band Hellfarm.
